SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Thank you for your interest or your purchase of my work.

 

Paintings smaller than 20" in any dimension, including frame, purchased online will be shipped directly to the mailing address you provide. Flat rates for shipping, handling and processing will be included in your total at check-out when selected along with sales tax.

 

Inquiries for larger pieces are always welcome.

 

In some instances, custom shipping, packaging or art delivery services may be required. We will respond to inquiries with an estimate that includes all any shipping and insurance costs for your authorization. Please contact me.

 

Unfortunately, I do not offer international shipping at this time. I currently ship to locations within the continental United States only. This includes all 48 contiguous states.

 

If you're in the area, you may choose to pick up work at my studio and avoid delivery fees. Please use the contact form to arrange a mutually convenient date and time.

 

We try to process all online orders within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.Once out for shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

I use a variety of carriers for shipping, depending on the size, weight, and delivery destination of the painting.  

The carrier will be selected based on which service provides the most reliable and cost-effective option.

 

For small paintings, I will typically use Priority Mail or Ground Shipping, ensuring timely delivery with tracking.

 

Your painting will be carefully packaged to ensure its safe arrival. For extra protection, some paintings may be shipped in custom packaging or reinforced boxes, depending on the size and nature of the artwork.

 

Should your artwork arrive damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me immediately to resolve the issue. Please take photos of the packaging and the artwork itself, and email them to me along with a description of the damage.

 

Your painting is an original, one-of-a kind, work of art. You may choose a full refund for the damaged work, or select another piece of equal value.

 

I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
