We ship work up to 20X 20 inches, including frame, within the continental US.
Sales tax, shipping and handling will be included in your total at check-out.
Inquiries for larger pieces are always welcome.
We will respond to inquiries with estimated shipping and insurance costs for your authorization.
Studio visits are always welcome. Avoid shipping costs and browse new work. Please use the contact form to arrange a date and time.
We try to process all online orders within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Once out for shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
I use a variety of carriers for shipping, depending on the size, weight, and delivery destination of the painting.
Your painting will be carefully packaged to ensure its safe arrival. Should your artwork arrive damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me immediately to resolve the issue.
Please take photos of the packaging and the artwork itself, and email them to me along with a description of the damage for insurance claims.
Paintings are all original, one-of-a kind, handmade works.
You may choose a full refund for the damaged work, or select another piece of equal value.
I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
